This recipe represents a unique dish, given the richness of the ingredients that we will us
e. Besides being able to taste it in a dinner we can also serve it in a funny rustic accompanying him, perhaps, with flavored bread or nice crostini.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 Kg of Beef (lean) with chunks
  • 1 Glass of red wine
  • 5 Auburn Onions
  • 2 Ribs of celery
  • 3 large carrots
  • 1.5 Kg of potatoes with yellow paste
  • Flour Q b
  • Salt
  • EVO Oil

Procedure

We begin the preparation of this recipe by putting the flour in the bowl and adding the pieces of meat that we are going to
flour. Put the oil in the pot (the one we decided to use) and bring it on medium flame
. When the oil is hot (but not too much) add the floured pieces of meat and brown them on all sides, mixing them with the ladle. So
let’s add the wine we’ll evaporate slowly. At this po
int we clean the onions, cut them into pieces and add them to the meat. We
also add the carrots (peeled) and the celery cut into small pieces. We co

amo.Se we used the pressure cooker we put the airtight lid on and let it bake by calculating 15 minutes from when it starts
whistling. If, instead, we used a common pot we put the lid on and, lifting it just to turn, we cook for about 40 minutes on medium flame.
Past the indicated time we remove from the pot (which we used) the pieces of meat and let dry (if necessary) a little ‘ the sauce on the medium flame (of course the sauce will be greater if we used the pressure cooker).
