Meat and Sausage Roll

A nice second of meat that everyone will like.
Easy to prepare is very good.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500 Gr. Minced beef
  • 2 large sausages (not in the fennel)
  • Sage Q b
  • 2 Twiets of Rosemary
  • 200 Gr. grated Parmesan cheese (or Grana Padano)
  • EVO Oil
  • 1 Glass of white wine
  • Salt
  • Flour Q b

 
Tools

  • Flat wide Floor
  • Meat pounder
  • Oven
  • Baking-pan (which may also go on the flame of the stove)
  • Flat
  • Knife

Procedure

Put the sausages on the plate and, with the knife, open them and remove the outer skin (which we will throw).
In the meantime, put the minced meat on the wide plate and, after adding the salt and parmesan, let’s wash it with your hands, mixing it well.
After, always on the plate, we spread all the minced meat and beat it with the pounder to flatten it and compact it
Let us put the chopped sage and add the pieces of sausage, rolling after the meat on itself (forming a kind of salami) that we are going to flour a bit (just to cover the entire perimeter).

We take care not to leave open corners (being ground meat we can shape it well).
Turn on the oven at 200 ^ and let it heat up.
Put the oil and the rosemary in the pan and bring it on medium flame.
Let’s put our floured roll and make it brown on all sides, turning it just time to create a light golden layer.

After this browning, turn off the flame, and after adding the wine (dropping it right on the meat) we bring the baking pan in the oven and cook for at least 30 minutes.
We can serve our rollè, after cutting it into slices, maybe accompanied with delicious flavored potatoes cooked in the oven.
