Stuffed potatoes

The potatoes are very good and allow you to create fantastic recipes.
This I’m going to explain can be an outline, but also a substantial second.
Very easy to prepare.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 200gr. Ham
  • 200 ml béchamel (see sauce section recipe)
  • 500 Gr. Mushroom trifolate (see outline section recipe)
  • 1 yolk
  • Salt up

  • Oven
  • Baking tray
  • Spoon
  • Mixer
  • Fork
  • Wide Plate
  • Bowl


We wash the potatoes well and cook them, with all the peel, in the pot full of water, to which we will put the lid.
We take care to bake the potatoes without letting them flake (just insert the fork, if it comes out easily the potato is cooked) because we have to complete the recipe in the oven.
Cooked the potato peel, cut them vertically (creating boats) and put them in the pot.
While we wait for it to cool we continue in preparation.
Put the ham (broken with your hands) in the mixer, and after having it smoothed put it in the bowl.
Now with the spoon, being very careful, we create a recess in the potatoes (in practice we empty the inside) to put, after, the padding.
Take the part, inside, removed from the potatoes put it in the mixer and whisked.
Add these mashed potatoes to the ham, add the béchamel, the mushrooms and the yolk and, with the hands, mix everything.
Put the potatoes (emptied of the inside) in the pan, after having lightly greased the bottom, spolveriamole with a little ‘ salt and fill, with the spoon, the prepared dough.
We supply in hot oven (200 ^) for at least 15 minutes.
